PRODUCT WARRANTY?

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Due to the nature of vintage, antique & upcycled items, imperfections and some wear are to be expected. However, the florals & greenery are new and made of the highest quality synthetics. Please inspect your purchase for damage upon receipt and notify us within 30 days. Our team is happy to provide assistance for a quick resolution.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Vessel House purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt.

Return: Once the item has been received, we will process your refund less any applicable shipping fees.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject items that are ineligible for return and/or to assess any additional return fee. Products ineligible for return include items that are damaged due to improper care or use and items for which a return has not been authorized. Additionally, all delivery refusals will be charged a $75 per box service fee.

Depending on bank processing times, you may see the return credit in your account within 3 business days of the credit being issued, but it can take up to 30 days after receipt of your return for the credit to appear on your financial statement.

BASIC CARE 101

Faux flowers do not require any special care, but to keep them looking their best we recommend a regular dusting. Never use chemicals such as silk flower cleaner or artificial plant cleaners. They may damage the faux flowers and greenery.

It is best to use cold air to blow dust off of arrangements made of polyurethane, silicone, and silk with latex coating. This can be done with your hair dryer set to cool or compressed air can. You may also clean and freshen up artificial florals by gently wiping them with a microfiber cloth or fabric duster.

For arrangements with acrylic water illusions, use a microfiber cloth to clean flowers & stems first, followed by wiping the acrylic surface. Over exposure to UV rays may cause the acrylic water to yellow overtime.
